Complete Bottle, Jar, Coffee Cup & Stand-Up Pouch Sticker Size Chart for Indian Brands
Explore standard sticker and label dimensions for 30ml–100ml dropper bottles, 250g–500g glass jars, coffee cups, and stand-up pouches with Inches, MM, and CM conversions.
How to Accurately Measure Curved Containers
Selecting the wrong label dimension is the most frequent and expensive packaging mistake made by growing Indian consumer brands. A label that is even 3mm too wide will overlap its own trailing edge or wrinkle on tapered shoulders.
To measure any curved bottle, jar, or pouch accurately without specialized tools:
- The Paper Strip Technique: Cut a thin strip of paper, wrap it around the widest cylindrical section of your container, and mark where the ends meet with a pencil.
- Leave a 5mm Expansion Gap: Measure the paper length with a standard ruler. Subtract at least 5mm to 8mm from the total circumference so the label ends do not touch or overlap during manual application.
- Verify Vertical Clearance: Measure only the flat cylindrical wall. Keep clear of the curved bottom heel and tapering top neck where rigid films cannot lay flat without flagging.

Front & Back Labeling vs. Single Full-Wrap Labels
When designing container labels, brands choose between two operational formats:
1. Two Separate Labels (Front Branding + Back Ingredients): Cleaner look on square or oval bottles, easier to align by hand, and permits different material finishes (e.g., gold foil front + clean matte white back).
2. Single Continuous Wrap Label: Wraps around the bottle with a 5mm gap at the back. Quicker application, but requires tighter manufacturing tolerances so typography stays aligned.
