1. GST Treatment
All prices displayed for products on our website include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Shipping Calculations below ₹10,000
For custom sticker orders where the net product subtotal (after quantity discounts) is below ₹10,000, shipping charges are calculated separately. The final shipping cost depends on the parcel package weight, package volume, and destination pincode, and will be verified and confirmed on WhatsApp before payment processing.
3. Free Standard Delivery Threshold
Eligible orders with a net product subtotal (after applying any automatic quantity discounts) of ₹10,000 or more receive free standard delivery within India. Please note that this eligibility criteria is based on the final subtotal of items in the order, and is not unconditional.
4. Shipping Exceptions & Surcharges
Additional delivery charges or custom surcharges may apply under specific shipping scenarios, even if the order subtotal exceeds the ₹10,000 threshold:
- Remote Area Deliveries: Non-serviceable, rural, or difficult-to-reach pincodes requiring specialized courier routings.
- Oversized/Heavy Shipments: Large volume items requiring freight delivery or heavy package handlings.
- Express Delivery Requests: Requests for expedited priority dispatch or overnight express courier options.
- Splitting Shipments: Requests to ship a single order to multiple destination addresses.
All shipping surcharges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon during your final order confirmation on WhatsApp before printing begins.
5. Delivery Areas
We provide pan-India delivery services using premium courier partners to all locations serviceable by major domestic networks. In the event that your pincode is designated as non-serviceable by our logistics partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
6. Timelines and Transit
It is important to distinguish production time from courier transit time:
- Production Time: Manufacturing and packing typically require 3 to 7 working days. This timeline begins only after we receive your required advance payment and design proof approval.
- Transit Time: Courier delivery transit duration varies based on location and courier service.
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not legally binding deadlines. Stikara is not responsible for courier transit delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.
7. Recipient Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct recipient names, physical addresses, contact phone numbers, and pincodes. Stikara is not liable for lost, returned, or delayed shipments caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges for returned parcels will be billed to the customer.
