1. Custom Orders and Pricing Estimation
Our interactive pricing utility helps you calculate estimations based on size dimensions, material indices, cuts, and quantities. Please note:
- GST Treatment: All prices displayed and compiled include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Pricing Estimates: Calculations are preliminary. Final order acceptance, custom contour checks, and official invoices are verified on WhatsApp before payment.
- Order Confirmations: Generating a WhatsApp draft or specifications does not constitute a completed order or production start.
2. Automatic Quantity Discounts
Stikara offers automatic quantity discounts for eligible orders:
- 500–999 pcs: 10% discount
- 1,000–4,999 pcs: 15% discount
- 5,000–10,000 pcs: 20% discount
- Above 10,000 pcs: Custom quote
No coupon codes or promotional checks are required; discounts apply automatically.
3. Artwork Rights and Copyrights
When you submit artwork, branding files, logos, or designs to Stikara for custom printing, you warrant that you are the sole owner of the intellectual property or possess explicit written permission from the copyright/trademark holder to reproduce the design. Stikara reserves the right to decline print requests containing copyrighted, trademarked, or inappropriate content.
4. Design Proof Approval
Custom production processes are governed by strict approval steps:
- Digital Proof Handoff: We share a digital proof (mockup) via WhatsApp for your review.
- Written Approval Required: Production begins only after we receive your explicit written “OK”.
- Final Locked State: Once approved, order details (size, artwork, material, quantity) cannot be changed. Stikara is not responsible for layout, spelling, or resolution defects approved by the customer.
5. Print Colour and Material Disclaimers
Our printing systems use high‑contrast industrial inks and thermal/color calibrations. Please note:
- RGB to CMYK Translation: Minor color shifts and material‑specific differences are normal and not manufacturing defects.
- Material Limitations (UV DTF Transfers): Designed for hard, non‑porous surfaces only. Not suitable for fabrics. Stikara is not liable for damage if applied to fabrics.
6. Production Turnaround
Standard custom sticker production and packaging runs require approximately 3 to 7 working days after final artwork proof approval and advance payment confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to production queues, custom finishing difficulty, or transit schedules.
7. Custom Products Return Exceptions
Because all customized labels and stickers are manufactured to your unique specifications, change‑of‑mind cancellations or returns are not accepted after print proof approval. Exchanges or replacements follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The website layout, text brand name (Stikara), text contents, SVG/logo styles, and underlying programming logic are the exclusive intellectual property of Stikara. You retain all ownership rights and copyrights to your submitted artwork files.
